Comte De Champagne
Description
Soft yellow buds open into loosely cupped blooms that gradually relax to reveal their golden stamens, giving Comte de Champagne a lighter, more natural character than many heavily petaled English roses. The coloring softens beautifully as the flowers age, moving from buttery yellow toward pale cream. Repeat flowering and graceful in the landscape, it is particularly charming in informal cottage gardens and mixed borders where a softer, airy rose is desired.
