Local Pickup & Delivery
For now, The Rose Cove is keeping things close to home. We currently offer local pickup and delivery and do not ship plants. This allows us to personally care for your plants until they make their way to your garden.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within our designated service area. Delivery availability and fees will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Most orders are delivered on Saturdays. We'll provide order updates so you know when your plants are headed your way.
If you won't be home, plants may be left in a safe, accessible location at the delivery address provided. Once delivered, responsibility for plant care transfers to the customer, consistent with our existing Terms & Conditions.
Garden Favorites & Locally Sourced Plants
Many of our perennials and Garden Favorites are freshly sourced from trusted local growers rather than grown directly on our farm.
Orders containing these plants must be placed by 8:00 AM Thursday for pickup or delivery that Saturday.
Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff will be available the following Saturday.
Need your plants sooner? Let us know! We'll always do our best to accommodate earlier requests when we can.
Farm-Grown Roses & Plants
Farm-grown inventory that is currently available may offer more flexible pickup or delivery timing. Available options will be provided at checkout or when your order is confirmed.
Pickup
Local pickup is available in Oxford, North Carolina. You'll receive confirmation when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Please wait for your Ready for Pickup notification before making the trip—we'd hate for you to arrive before your plants are ready for their ride home.
Weather & Delivery Changes
Plants and unpredictable weather occasionally have opinions of their own.
For the health of your plants and the safety of our team, pickup or delivery may be delayed during severe heat, freezes, storms, unsafe road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. If plans need to change, we'll communicate with you and arrange the next available option. This reflects the weather and delivery provisions already included in our Terms & Conditions.
